Phil, a San Antonio native, began tinting windows in 2001 while still in high school through a co-op program at John Jay. After graduation, he spent over a decade in Houston honing his skills on residential and commercial projects across Texas.
In 2015, he founded All Glass Tint, built on quality workmanship, honest pricing, and great customer service. His work includes major installs like Dynamo Stadium and multiple H-E-B locations.
Now back in San Antonio, Phil continues to grow All Glass Tint with the same dedication—delivering premium window film solutions at competitive rates with friendly, professional service.
